Abstract
This article analyzes the features of notarial activity with the individuals in respect of whom the bankruptcy procedure has been introduced. The authors highlight the stages of the process of bankruptcy, identified the legal consequences of declaring a person bankrupt and gave practical recommendations to notaries.
