Abstract

In the article the author presents the relevance of studying the lexical and grammatical components of speech in children. Ontogenesis and regularities of formation of lexical and grammatical abilities and skills in children with general underdeveloped speech are considered. The peculiarities of assimilation of words and their meanings by children with general underdevelopment of speech are revealed. The features of formation of lexical-semantic fields in children of this category are characterized. The stages of formation of the grammatical component of speech in children are presented. The typical errors in the formation of the lexical-grammatical component of speech in children with speech disorders are determined.
