Abstract
The article analyses theoretical and methodological approaches to the problem of conflicts, its features, types and causes of occurrence. The analysis of various types of interpersonal relationships among military personnel is presented. The authors consider the interrelation of types of interpersonal relations and behaviour strategies of cadets of a military institute in resolving conflict situations in educational and military professional activities.
