Abstract

Introduction. The main topic of the article is international partnerships. Any company that enters international markets will not be able to operate effectively without concluding partnership agreements with foreign companies. The article explains why the conclusion is important between companies, what are the features of partnerships at the international level and what are the points that need to have a partnership agreement to insure against possible risks. It also revealed exactly where international partnerships begin and how to maintain strong relationships with partners throughout the life of the relationship between enterprises. The purpose of the paper is to determine the peculiarities of concluding international partnerships of the enterprise. Results When companies enter new international markets, they need to immediately start looking for and establishing relationships with partners and companies operating abroad, as well as develop a deeper understanding of culture and business practices in international markets. This is important because they will be able to provide businesses with access to all kinds of resources that can increase their competitiveness or provide the knowledge they will need to enter international markets. The quality of service and the comfortable way of communication between partner companies can be an additional advantage for signing a partnership agreement. The ability to objectively consider the facts in an atmosphere of conflict with partners is a must, so these conditions for negotiation need to be constantly improved. Keeping in touch with other international companies allows you to expand your business and improve existing offerings. Conclusion. It can be concluded that the main problem of managing international partnerships of the company is multiculturalism. Different cultures of the world, deeply rooted in the minds of people, influence their behavior in business relationships. To minimize conflict, it was found that the leaders of both sides should seek to jointly identify and agree on how to coordinate and adapt actions that are particularly important to the relationship. This requires both sides to work closely together. Thus, international partners must fully agree on the goals of the partnership and the process by which its goals can be achieved.
