Abstract
The problems of designing output power amplifiers of radio transmitting systems based on the summation of the power of individual monolithic integrated circuits are considered. An analysis of well-known solutions for the construction of multichannel power summation devices in the millimeter wave range is carried out. On its basis, proposals have been developed for the construction of multi-channel summation devices with an increased level of output power. The developed devices make it possible to increase the density of amplifier cells and the level of output power while maintaining the permissible thermal regime. Individual amplifier cells can also be replaced. The developed recommendations for the construction of multi-channel millimeter-wave power summation devices can be used in the creation and improvement of output power amplifiers of radio transmitting systems.
