Abstract

This article reveals the importance of academic writing as a tool for solving urgent problems in the public sector. The emphasis is on the development of analysis and research skills through academic writing and their application to the field of public administration. The article emphasizes that academic writing not only promotes the development of critical thinking and the ability to make informed decisions, but also improves the quality of documentation, communication and interaction with external stakeholders. Academic writing, in turn, helps public servants become more competent and effective professionals capable of developing sound policies and programs. Ultimately, this can contribute to improving the efficiency and quality of public administration.
