Abstract
opening the bags .Methods A total of 100 soft-packing transfusion bags with full caps , no loose and soft-packing liquid were prepared , and were randomly divided into two groups .In the experimental group with 50 bags, the caps were directly attached to bottle stickers without disinfection .In the control group with 50 bags, the caps were immediately attached to bottle stickers after Anerdian disinfection .After dosing liquid medicine , these bags were placed on the operating table in therapeutic room .Bacteria sampling and culture were at 0, 15, 30, 120 min four time periods.Through convenience sampling , 100 soft-packing transfusion bags were selected . The soft-packing transfusion bags were attach bottle stickers immediately after opening the bags , placing in the therapeutic room and wards , respectively, as well as the bags attached to bottle stickers after Anerdian disinfection placing in the wards .After 30 min, bacterial contamination on the cap was observed .Results After attaching the bottle stickers , there was no bacterial growth on the surface of the caps .The rate of bacterial contamination in the wards was 12.12%.No bacterial growth was found in the therapeutic room .But the difference between the two showed no statistical significance (χ2 =1.56, P>0.05); after 30 min,the rate of bacterial contamination on the soft-packing transfusion bags also placed in the wards with Anerdian disinfection was 8.82%.Compared to no disinfection group , there was no significant difference (χ2 =3.82, P〉0.05). Conclusions After dosing liquid medicine , the caps of soft-packing transfusion bags are sterile .After opening up,they can be used directly in clinical .But it is not recommended to place in the wards for long time .
