Abstract

Abstract This systematic review aims to evaluate the existing literature specifically reporting the use of tele-ultrasound in evaluation of the lungs and pleura, to gain an understanding of its applicability to real-world practice, accuracy in diagnosis and potential pitfalls or shortcomings. The search strategy was designed with an emphasis on specificity for tele-ultrasound and sensitivity for lungs/pleura.
