Abstract
In the context of the continuous promotion of Henan Lankao Energy Internet, there are problems where new energy cannot be effectively utilized, and the utilization efficiency is not high. A virtual power plant can solve this problem by optimizing the output of distributed generation to participate in the Energy Internet. Therefore, this paper evaluates the feasibility of virtual power plants participating in the Energy Internet under layered typical application scenarios. Firstly, from the perspective of horizontal zoning and vertical stratification, the typical application scenario of a virtual power plant participating in the rural Energy Internet is designed. Then, considering multiple uncertainties, a business model of the virtual power plant participating in the rural Energy Internet in different stages is designed. Furthermore, the probability hesitation fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making method is used to study the feasibility of virtual power plant participating in rural Energy Internet.
