Abstract
Salvage brachytherapy is a treatment option for locally recurrent prostate cancer previously treated with radiation; however historically target volumes have included the whole gland. A more focal approach may be preferable in selected patients to reduce potential toxicity. We report our experience using single fraction HDR focal brachytherapy for locally recurrent disease.
