Abstract

Investigations of the Mossbauer effect and electrical properties of a number of boron-based materials with different lattices (α-B, β-B, MgAlB14 boron carbide) doped with Fe are carried out. The charge states of Fe atoms and their positions in the lattices are found. The effects of Fe impurity on the electrical properties of the materials correspond with the results of the Mossbauer spectroscopy. [Russian Text Ignore]
