Abstract
In this talk I present the constraints on gluino- and photino- mediated SUSY contributions to FCNC and CP violation which are obtained in the model-independent parametrization known as mass insertion method. The results can be readily applied in testing extensions of the MSSM. I mention the implications of this analysis in the context of SUSY-GUT's and effective supergravities with flavour non-universality.
