Abstract

We propose a two-direction neural network to solve the problem that the current lane detection method based on row position information cannot detect curved lane. With this method, we can detect both straight lane and curved lane with high speed and high precision. Experiments showed that this method can detect lane lines with different shapes more effectively, and the new fast lane detection methods have more perfect functions. We hope that this detection method can help the current unmanned vehicles to work efficiently in different realistic scenarios.
