Abstract
This study aims at disclosure of the relationship between family Adjustment and the professional performance of Student Guides (Boys) and Student Guides (Girls) in the state public education schools in Taif Governorate. Also, identify differences in both family Adjustment and professional performance among Student Guides (Boys) and student guides (Girls) in state public education schools in Taif Governorate. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach, in order to achieve the objectives of the study, (Anzi Alia Scale 2012) for the family Adjustment of the educational supervisor as well as the (Shalh Scale 2015) for professional performance have been used. The family Adjustment Scale was applied to (179) Student Guides (Boys) and Student Guides (Girls) in Taif Governorate, and were then evaluated by supervisors based on after using statistical methods as a Pearson correlation coefficient For the first delegate, the-Test between two separate groups has extracted the results where they are as follows: There is a statistically positive correlation between family Adjustment and the professional performance of the Student Guides (Boys) and Student Guides (Girls) in public education schools in Taif Governorate, and there are no statistically significant differences between the Student Guides (Boys) and Student Guides (Girls) in both family Adjustment and performance Professionals. The researcher recommended that: To confine the guides with low family Adjustment and to offer training courses that work to increase their family Adjustment. Interest in offering courses, seminars and programs on the professional performance of Student Guides (Boys) and Student Guides (Girls).
