Abstract

The article demonstrates the interconnection and interdependence of the good faith of persons entering into marriage, and the recognition by the state of the reality of a marriage union. A new look at the status of a bona fide spouse is presented, the ratio of spouses good faith behavior and misuse of interest in marriage is established.
