Abstract

Indiana University School of Dentistry seeks applicants for the Indiana Dental Association Endowed Chair in Restorative Dentistry. The Department of Restorative Dentistry includes the disciplines of Operative Dentistry, Dental Materials and Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics. Not the department chair, this full-time, tenure-track/tenured position combines opportunities for research and teaching in Restorative Dentistry with service to Indiana dentists.Responsibilities include promoting research in the Department of Restorative Dentistry, teaching and interacting with and serving as a resource for the Indiana dental community. The opportunity for private practice is available.Candidates should possess a DDS/DMD or equivalent degree and be an active clinician with an established record of funded research in the area of restorative dentistry. Salary and rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
