Abstract
Objective To analyze the related factors of cognitive function and affective disorder in patients with cerebellar tumor, and to provide the basis for the diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and prognosis of cerebellar disease in the future. Methods A total of 44 patients with cerebellar tumor were selected from January 2016 to June 2017 in Beijing Tian Tan Hospital. Mini Mental State Scale (MMSE) , Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) , Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Memory Quotient (MQ) were used to evaluate patients' cognitive dysfunction and affective disorders before operation and at 6 months after operation. Related factors of cognitive function and affective disorder were analyzed. Results Before operation, patients' MMSE was (21.15±4.82) points; MQ was (97.74±6.84) points, HAMA was (22.48±3.21) points and HAMD was (21.57±2.85) points. After 6 months, they were (23.86±3.96) , (113.37±10.54) , (15.48±3.13) and (14.84±2.16) respectively. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.01) . At 6 months after operation, patients with different course of disease, severity of illness, tumor edema had different advanced cognitive function and affective function (P<0.05) .
