Abstract

Purpose This paper aims to review the latest management developments across the globe and pinpoint practical implications from cutting-edge research and case studies. Findings A study of Indian working professionals showed GenY and GenZ cohorts differed significantly in their approaches to core self-evaluations (CSE), team cohesion and organisational culture, but no significant difference was found in team performance.
