Abstract

The quest to establish an approach for successful adoption and implementation of technological innovation is still an ongoing concern for researchers. The present research seeks to understand the process of post adoption of technological innovation (Mobile Banking) by Malaysian bank customers. Present research examines the key factors that influence the user’s behaviour to continue using the adopted innovation. Prior research in this area has been done mostly on the user’s intentions rather than behaviour, therefore this study will help gain a useful insight into the continuance usage behaviour of the users of mobile banking services in Malaysian banking sector. The findings will help feed managers and policy makers to successfully device the strategies for the retention of mobile banking customers in Malaysian banking sector.
