Abstract

This article mainly focuses on the factors of development of the social infrastructure of small towns, the history of the study. At the same time, it also explores the policies for the effective integration of small towns into the structure of the environment, cultural life, aesthetic, historical, scientific, social or spiritual values used in the past, present and future generations, and the effective development of social infrastructure.

Introduction

Uzbekistan is undergoing profound changes. This affects the whole society, as well as its various components, including the development of small towns. Nowadays when there is a lot of demand on government for issues like lists of programs, small industrial zones, development of services, establishment of livestock, poultry and greenhouses, new start-up projects for graduates of vocational colleges and universities, as well as, youth employment and the development and implementation of trends in particular, it is important to take a completely new approach to solving problems. This highlights the need for a more detailed study of the problems in this area in the context of sociological research.
