Abstract

Abstract A cross-sectional descriptive research design by the mixed method using questionnaire as the instrument and in-depth interview guidelines was utilized in the study. Data was analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of the study revealed that Pearson correlation coefficients indicated that motivation and organizational support have significant, positive, high and moderate correlation value with research for solving health problems of health personnel performance at the significance level of 0.01. The estimated regression equation implied that there are four variable - factors namely man power support motivator factors of recognition and responsibility also hygiene factors of policy and administration, maintenance qualifying these to be the predictors of the latter. All of these factors could jointly predict the research for solving health problems of health personnel performance with 57.3 percent.
