Abstract
The primary purpose of this research is to examine the driving forces behind product innovations in the information and communication technology industry in both Vietnamese and Hungarian contexts. The objective of this research project is to carefully dissect the complexities and multiplicity dimensions of the actors involved in the innovation procedure in the ICT firms located in these countries based on a highly organised mixed-method approach. Outcome expectations are expected to yield results beyond contributing positively to the pool of academic knowledge and practical gains that could be put into use at once within the sphere.
