Abstract

The concept of perceived quality was proposed by Olson and Jacoby (1972), which was defined as the subjective evaluation of product quality. It is an important component of the user experience. The most researches in this field focused on young people, women and other groups with strong consumption ability before, but the elderly group was ignored. In the aging society, the elderly will play a leading role in the silver economy, and they pay more attention to the quality of healthy life, so the research on the perceived quality of elderly will bring more inspiration for the product design and user experience research. This is the innovation of this paper.
