Abstract
In this letter, the radio frequency (R. F.) sputtering system and screen-printed technology were used to fabricate the Indium Gallium Zinc Oxide (IGZO) sensing electrodes, and the entrapment method was adopted to immobilize glucose oxidase (GOx). The average sensitivity and linearity of the glucose biosensor at 25°C buffer solution were 5.225mV/mM and 0.987, respectively. Besides, the glucose biosensor had the maximal average sensitivity were 8.810mV/mM when the buffer solutions was set at 55°C. The advantages of this device are flexibility, light quality, low cost and good stability.
