Abstract

This project presents the novel synthesize of the Ti-Sn doped Cu-ferrite nanoparticles with different ratios by sol gel/precipitation rout. The main properties of Ti0.5-xSnxCu0.5Fe2O4 (x: 0.0, 0.2, 0.3, and 0.5) was investigated with various techniques. The X-ray diffraction analysis depicts the formation of different ratio of Ti0.5-xSnxCu0.5Fe2O4 with the perfect purity. The degradation of martius yellow dye (MY), and 3-nitrotoluene (3NT) by prepared nano-photocatalyst was investigated under visible light irradiation, the amount of MY and 3NT degradation were achieved to 88%, and 99% in 180 min, respectively. Ti0.2Sn03Cu0.5Fe2O4 depicts higher degradation activity due to the lowest band gap in comprised other catalyst. Ti0.2Sn03Cu0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticles are a type of superparamagnetic contrast agents in magnetic resonance imaging. Ti0.2Sn03Cu0.5Fe2O4 nanoparticles can be released drug under near infrared laser irradiation. The results showed that synergistic influence of photothermal and chemotherapy versus HeLa cells under laser irradiation.
