Abstract

A thermoelectric composite was prepared by a solution 3D printing technology using MoS2 as filler and SV4 slurry (containing 1.5 wt% PEDOT:PSS) as matrix. As the content of MoS2 in the composites increased from 69 wt% to 90 wt%, the electrical conductivity of the composites decreased from 49.01 S/cm to 30.15 S/cm at 300 K. A highest power factor of 1.2 μW/mK2 at 360 K was achieved for the composites with 69 wt% MoS2. After bending for 300 times at a bending radius of 3.02 mm, the resistance changing ratio was 4% for the composite containing 69 wt% MoS2, revealing good flexibility of the as-prepared composites.
