Abstract
Phthalic acid esters (PAEs) are environmental hormone compounds, commonly known as plasticizers. After long-term accumulation, it will lead to deformities, cancer, mutations and other diseases in the human body, which will seriously endanger human health. Due to the increasing attention paid to phthalate pollutants in society, high efficiency, accuracy and no secondary pollution are difficult points in extraction and determination methods. This paper summarizes the research progress of extraction and determination methods of phthalates at home and abroad from 2010 to 2022, mainly summarizes the extraction methods of phthalates in various environments and the methods of chromatography, Measurement methods such as mass spectrometry and spectroscopy. Compared the advantages and disadvantages of several extraction and determination methods, and proposed the prospect of improving extraction and detection methods.
