Abstract
Background: The efficacy of targeted EMR for HGIN, without resection of non-neoplastic remaining BE has approximated 95% in prospective studies. However, its efficacy and safety in eradicating all the BE after removing the dysplastic focus by EMR (extensive EMR), has not been as well established and recurrent dysplasia in remaining BE is emerging as a significant problem. Aims: Primary aim: Efficacy of extensive EMR to achieve complete endoscopic and histological eradication of BE with early neoplasia.
