Abstract
Objective To detect and analyze the expression of HCCR and Pokemon in hepatocel-luar carcinoma (HCC) and their relationship. Methods The expression of Pokemon in all tissues inclu-ding blood (n=44), HCC tissues (n=41 ) and adjacent tissues ( n = 43 ), hepatocirrhosis ( n = 3 ) and normal liver tissues (n = 3 ) was detected by real-time PCR. The relationship between HCCR, Pokemon and clinical indications was analyzed. Results There was expression of HCCR and Pokemon in almost tis-sues,which showed significant difference. The expression levels of HCCR and Pokemon in hepatocelluar carcinomas, adjacent tissues, hepatocirrhosis, and normal liver tissues had a decreased trend. The positive rate of HCCR and Pokemon in blood of HCC was 79.55% and 50.00% ,respectively. The expression lev-els of HCCR and Pokemon had an obvious relationship in HCC patients. Conclusion HCCR and Poke-man maybe become marks of HCC. HCCR is relative to Pokemon to some exten in HCC patients. Key words: Carcinoma,hepatocelluar; Gene expression; Pokemon;
