The Editor in Chief and the Publisher are issuing an expression of concern to alert readers that the following article is under investigation due to a potential ethical breach regarding lack of transparency in the transplantation procedure as outlined in the article published by Rogers W et al (DOI: 10.1136/bmjopen-2018-024473): - Chen J, Zhong L. Clinical significance of serum hepcidin-25 levels in predicting invasive fungal disease in patients after transplantation. Eur Rev Med Pharmacol Sci 2013; 17 (13): 1769-1773-PMID: 23852902.
