Abstract

共济失调-毛细血管扩张突变基因(ATM)是重要的细胞周期检测点激酶,参与激活、调控多种细胞周期调节因子和DNA损伤的修复[1].细胞周期检查点激酶2(Chk2)是细胞周期检测点中关键的效应蛋白酶,在维护基因组稳定性及准确传代过程中起重要作用[2].细胞DNA损伤或DNA复制受阻可激活ATM,ATM磷酸化使Chk2激活,而Chk2能磷酸化p53的丝氨酸Ser20位点而保持P53的稳定,ATM也可通过调节p53而诱导凋亡.细胞基因组的稳定性依赖于DNA的损伤修复和细胞周期检测点调控间的相互作用[3].我们就细胞周期调节因子ATM、Chk2和p53基因在乳腺癌中的表达情况及其临床病理关系进行探讨。
