Abstract

Objective To explore the expression and the change about HLA-DR antigen on the surface of the peripheral blood's CD14+ monocyte in the patients of myasthenia infection.Method By using the single-labeled flow cell technology, the expression about the HLA-DR antigen on the surface of the peripheral blood's CD14+ monocyte in the myasthenia infection patients were detected and compared. Results The positive incidence about HLA-DR antigen on the surface of the peripheral blood's CD14+ monocyte in the myasthenia infection patients was obviously reduced, compared to the contrast group(P<0.01).Conclusions The amount of expression about HLA-DR antigen on the surface of the peripheral blood's CD14+ monocyte in the myasthenia infection patients is obviously reduced.
