Abstract
目的 探讨组织蛋白酶D(Cath-D)和基质金属蛋白酶-13(MMP-13)在脊索瘤组织中的表达与脊索瘤高复发的关系.方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测45例脊索瘤标本,其中复发瘤组织25例,非复发瘤组织20例.结果 Cath-D和MMP-13在脊索瘤中呈较高阳性率表达(88.9%,84.4%).复发组阳性率更高(96%,88%),显著高于非复发组(P＜0.05),在浸润边缘呈强阳性表达.结论 Cath-D和MMP-13参与了脊索瘤的浸润,是脊索瘤高复发率的原因之一。
