Abstract
前列腺干细胞抗原(prostate stem cell antigen,PSCA)和Oct-4干细胞抗原均为癌干细胞特异性标记物,其表达水平与恶性肿瘤发生、进展及预后等密切相关[1-7].我们应用免疫组织化学EnVision法研究胆囊腺癌、癌旁组织和慢性胆囊炎组织中PSCA和Oct-4表达水平及其临床病理意义。
