Abstract
In this chapter, we will present some initial notes and derive additional properties of the exponentiation of nonnegative real numbers with Integer exponents (extending the properties presented in Sec. 4.6). We will then introduce the exponentiation of real numbers with rational number exponents. We will derive general properties of the exponentiation of real numbers with rational number exponents.
