Abstract

This article is devoted to the problem of developing interest in music as one of the components of musical and aesthetic consciousness in young preschool children. It analyses theoretical studies, according to which the peculiarities of young preschool children are revealed, which determine the possibilities of developing interest in music through gamesjourneys into the world of sounds. The article pays attention to games-journeys into the world of sounds of nature. It is noted that the main didactic task of games-journeys into the world of sounds is the development of musical and sound experience of children, formation of the ability to distinguish sounds of nature, representativeness of music. Games-journeys are developed taking into account the age characteristics of younger preschool children. The article reveals the specifics of using games-journeys into the world of sounds: from the sound of nature to music, which conveys a phenomenon of nature (sounds of rain, wind, spring drops) by musical sounds, means of musical expression (tempo, dynamics, sound pitch). Music teachers can use games-journeys into the world of sounds in their practical activities in preschool educational organisations.
