Abstract
Collaborative learning has emerged as an effective educational strategy that fosters student interaction and enhances learning outcomes. This paper examines how collaborative learning approaches, such as group projects, peer feedback, and cooperative tasks, influence student motivation and academic performance in higher education. The study reviews key theories and empirical evidence supporting the positive impact of collaborative learning on student engagement and achievement. It also highlights the challenges of implementing collaborative learning in diverse academic environments, such as issues related to group dynamics and individual accountability. The paper concludes by offering practical recommendations for educators seeking to integrate collaborative learning methods into their teaching practices to improve student outcomes.
