Abstract
ABSTRACT Phyllanthus emblica L. (P. emblica L.) is a widely consumed healthy fruit known for its taste and benefits. This study used association rule mining to demonstrate its anticancer properties, analyzing its 65 chemical components, 1767 related targets, and 4282 efficacy items. Myricetin was identified as a key component targeting CA2, which is involved in cancer pathways. The research suggested P. emblica L.’s potential against non-small cell lung cancer and esophageal cancer, which was supported by experiments showing significant growth inhibition in related cancer cells. This approach offers a more targeted and convincing understanding of P. emblica L.’s effects, improving upon traditional food research methods.
