Abstract

Mae’r gwaith ymchwil hwn yn ystyried manteision darparu hyfforddiant i weithwyr addysg proffesiynol ar faterion iechyd meddwl ymhlith dysgwyr ag anawsterau dysgu dwys a lluosog (PMLD). Mae hyn yn cynnwys codi ymwybyddiaeth, ynghyd â strategaethau a dulliau i gefnogi’r grwˆp dysgu unigryw hwn. Cynhaliwyd yr astudiaeth hon mewn ymateb i’r ymchwil bresennol, a daeth i’r casgliad bod angen hyfforddiant iechyd meddwl penodol ar weithwyr proffesiynol addysgol sy’n gweithio gyda dysgwyr ag anawsterau dysgu dwys a lluosog.
