Abstract

The paper is a review of critical success factors for Business Re-Engineering Processes Implementation. Business process re-engineering (BPR) has emerged as a crucial strategy for organizations seeking to adapt to rapidly changing business environments and improve operational efficiency. Successful implementation of BPR projects is contingent upon a comprehensive understanding of the critical success factors (CSFs) that drive their effectiveness.
