Abstract
Financial capital management is an important guarantee to realize the normal operation of colleges and universities, and to improve the level of financial management is a key topic of research in colleges and universities. Therefore, some universities continue to improve and update management measures, hoping to improve the efficiency of the use of financial funds, reasonable allocation of capital resources. However, in the actual management stage of financial funds, there are still shortcomings, including the low utilization rate of funds, this paper carries out an analysis of this, describes the problems existing in the management of financial funds in colleges and universities, focuses on the analysis of solutions, in order to provide some suggestions for improving the quality of financial management in colleges and universities.
