Abstract
In this paper, the function of education measurement in medical education was analyzed by reviewing materials,some defects in the progress of medical education were found out, and some suggestions for the existed problems were proposed. So some training to raise the teachers' ability of applying education measurement should be set up , and at the same time, medical item bank should be built under the guidance of the theory of education measurement, and also the feedback function of the result of education measurement should be attached importance to.
