Abstract

目的 通过每月目标管理考评中分层评价,培养各级护理人员分析问题的能力,提高质量意识和监督规章制度的落实,确保手术室护理质量的改进和提高.方法 通过对手术室护理查房中发现的问题,进行分层次评价.在全员范围内营造严格执行规章制度,明确岗位职责的工作氛围.结果 强化了各级人员自我分析问题的能力和促进了工作管理、制度、质量的改进.结论 突出以人为中心的管理理念,实施更加科学的管理.达到了目标管理考评的目的。
