Abstract
In the 21st century, mankind has realized the thousand-year-old myth of clairvoyance and successful ears-Internet + can be any place in the world where there is + education. Knowledge is taught at the same moment in the world. This article discusses the exploration of Japanese teaching mode in colleges and universities under the background of Internet +, that is, the formation of wisdom education concept and smart teaching mode in foreign language teaching.
