Abstract
Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional teaching method of Micro-Controller Unit (MCU, also called Single-Chip Computer)course, taking full advantage of the new media such as network and mobile phones, combined with the typical characteristics of the thumb gens of contemporary college students, the teaching methods of MCU course in new media environment were discussed, the specific can be summarized as the demand for the technology to promote the teaching purpose, as the new media to become thumb gens mobile knowledge library, using portable MCU developed device as a mobile learning laboratory, curriculum design as a means of assessment to promote students' innovation ability. Through the practice in recent years and the achievements made, it is proved that these methods are effective.
