Abstract

Through OBE teaching philosophy-oriented learning, students can master the basic knowledge and theories of law, be familiar with the basic processes and methods, understand the relevant policies, laws and regulations, and promote the overall development of students. In order to help college students achieve the goal orientation of curriculum learning effects, the OBE teaching philosophy and achievement orientation are introduced into the teaching reform. It is hoped that after the active implementation from the goal to the reverse design of teaching and from teaching to evaluation, the status of students in the discipline will be strengthened. First, the first part analyzes the main problems existing in the interactive teaching of basic legal courses at this stage and the importance of the interactive teaching mode for students to adopt the OBE teaching philosophy-oriented legal basic courses. Secondly, it discusses the important meaning of interactive teaching mode. . That is, the education of basic legal courses for contemporary college students is the need of quality education in colleges and universities in the new era; it is an effective way to improve their physical and mental quality. Strengthening the psychological self-legal awareness has great practical significance for the improvement of the personality of college students and the growth of college students. The experimental research results show that this article applies the OBE educational concept to the interactive teaching process of basic legal courses, which is reflected in the four links of curriculum positioning, systematic decomposition of work, teaching design and curriculum evaluation, so as to achieve the goal and curriculum positioning more accurately.
