Abstract

Current practice shows that internal quality and safety control of medical activities, being a mandatory licensing requirement, should serve as a tool for self-control and quality and safety management of medical activities and contribute to the continuous development and improvement of the medical organization. Aim. To substantiate the system of internal control of quality and safety of medical activities in the conditions of a modern medical organization. Results. The current system of quality and safety control of medical activities in the organization is analyzed; patient satisfaction with the qualit y and safet y of medical care is examined. Conclusion. The introduction of a quality control system for the provision of medical care has improved the economic performance of the medical organization.
