Abstract
The possibility of setting up experiments on photon-antiproton scattering at small angles in the region of Coulomb-nuclear interference on superhigh energy colliding p p beams is discussed. It is shown that the implication of high energy electron cooling allows one to obtain the required resolution. The latter condition becomes very severe at superhigh energies.
