Abstract

The stages and peculiarities of organising a pedagogical experiment are described in the article. The criteria, indicators, and diagnostic methods for assessing the level of leadership qualities of future higher education teachers are defined. The effectiveness of the developed pedagogical conditions for the formation of leadership qualities of future higher education teachers has been experimentally confirmed: the dynamics of changes in the levels of development of leadership qualities in students of the experimental group was more significant than in students of the control group.
