Abstract
We have made an experiment on rats. Our purpose was determination of pathological changes in bowel and peritoneum in different cases of bowel obstruction. In experiment we have modulate mechanical and 2 types of dynamical bowel obstruction. By histological examination were found differences in character of inflammation and ways of it wide spreading. Extrapolating data of histological changes in bowel wall on US semiotics, considering US physics, we can think that for different types of bowel obstruction – take place different character of ultrasound. US is quite grounding method in diagnostic of acute bowel obstruction, especially considering it’s noninvasively and quit easiness in dynamical observation in any heaviness of patients.
